Logistics and Customer Service Assistant

THE CHALLENGE

 

Part of the team of the Camso Japan legal entity, in this role, you collaborate closely with the business development collaborators of Camso Japan, in charge of the OEM and AFM business development, the Technical Manager for technical support and quality issues, the Logistics/Customer Service collaborators, who work on operational tasks.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Logisitics & CSR Manager Japan in operations related with the deliveries to  customers and the organization of the supply chain.

  • Phone reception, contact with the customers and suppliers and other various partners.
  • Logistics and Customer Service
  • Manage the supply chain and ensure no shortage of supplies and finished goods.
  • Other reasonable tasks assigned by superior.

 

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

  • You hold a Bachelor degree
  • You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • You speak native Japanese and fluent English
  • You are proficient in Excel, emailing, ERP
  • You are familiar with international trading, import/export procedures, transport and logistics procedures
  • You are well organized, open, teamplayer
