Customer Service Representative

THE CHALLENGE

  • Create sales orders;
  • Process customer orders, quote and stock check in SAP (SAP SD);
  • Answer telephone and written customer inquiries (price information, delivery times, possible applications, etc.);
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers on possible applications, properties of wheels and tires, rubber crawler, etc;
  • Forward customer orders to other departments and monitor the execution (wheelshop, assembly, shipping department, etc);
  • Ensure the customer is billed correctly by checking the accuracy in pricing;
  • Ensure the warranty process is completed in a timely manner by obtaining proper information from the customer/sales person/service tech;
     

 

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

  • You have customer service/inside sales experience;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
  • You preferrably have experience with SAP or other related software;
  • You have the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure while working under pressure;
  • You possess strong organizational skills to routinely keep up with various tasks on a daily basis;
