Human Resources Manager - Oceania

Part of the team of HR, the HR Manager Oceania is responsible for all local HR activities in line with business objectives and company’s values. He/she will add value to the business proposition in terms of support to the leadership, workforce planning, sales and operations optimization (competencies and effectiveness). Also the implementation of key process like Annual Appraisal, Training, personal development plan, Succession planning, Compensation cycle especially bonus management, salary increase, sales incentives in compliance with local legislation and contribute or lead significant corporate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Support the Oceania business (40%)

  • Act as a business partner for the local management team
  • Coach and advice managers regarding employees relations, assist in the resolution and prevention
  • Report and analyze job market trends and internal workforce planning for the benefit of the business
  • Support HR initiatives related to the business (bonus, compensation, career paths, etc.)


Talent Management (30%)

  • Support the recruiting process and systems as per company standard and procedures
  • Contribute in attracting, developing, and retaining talent


HR processes and procedures (20%)

  • Execute all HR processes at local level
  • Manage employee relations
  • Drive and implement HR projects centrally driven


Change management & Training (10%)

  • Support organizational changes and design
  • Act as a change agent in the organization
  • Support training initiatives at local & Corporate level



  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or university degree
  • You have a minimum of 5-8 years in equivalent role
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Australia and New Zeeland employment legislation, regulations, benefits
  • You are experienced in change management & training
  • You have been inernationally exposed through projects or working experience abroad


Travelling outside the office required 30% of the time (branches, and Sales Teams)
