THE CHALLENGE

  • Supports customers in French and English, leading to customer loyalty;
  • Provide timely, accurate information and service with a proactive approach.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Creation of sales orders - must be fluent in French and English;
  • Processing of customer orders, quoting and stock check in SAP (SAP SD);
  • Answering telephone and written customer inquiries (price information, delivery times, possible applications, etc.);
  • Technical support and advice to customers on possible applications, properties of wheels and tires, rubber crawler, etc;
  • Forwarding of customer orders to other departments and the monitoring of punctual execution (wheelshop, assembly, shipping department, etc);
  • Ensure correct billing to the customer by checking the accuracy in pricing;
  • Ensure the warranty process is completed in a timely manner by obtaining proper information from the customer/sales person/service tech.
