Talent Management Coordinator (Temporary 18 months)

THE CHALLENGE

Part of the Global Talent Management Team and reporting to the Leadership and Organisational Development Manager the selected candidate will have as main responsibilities to:

  • Support the team, employees and managers with Performance Management system and process (Local and global);
  • Coordinate KPIs data collection, analyze and provide reports;
  • Handle the requirements of data collection and reporting related to training and tax credit (Law 90) (local);
  • Support HR Business Partners with the employee change letters (local)
  • Support the team with document management, and any other needs of coordination or administrative tasks.

 

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

  • You hold a college degree;
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative role;
  • You have a good sense of organization and prioritization;
  • You have a positive and proactive approach;
  • You are agile and good at time management;
  • You are fluent in English and in French (speaking and writing);
  • You have good analytical skills;
  • You master advanced Excel and office suite.
