SAP Analyst - Support

Being part of the IT Service Desk Senior Manager's team the selected candidate will help us support and resolve complex incidents, by finding workarounds and sharing them with the team. You will also provide guidance to the team on the usage of business applications and offer technical expertise (mentorship) on the ticket resolution, to ensure a growth of knowledge in the team while maintaining a high level of customer service.


  • Be an active Lean contributor within the Run Apps team;
  • Resolve IT incidents and requests with High customer satisfaction ratings. Work with the team to minimize the backlog to by making the number of requests is at a stable level;
  • Ensure a growth in the overall skill level of the other members, by providing advice, mentorship and guidance towards the resolution of the incident;
  • Be an active player in the improvement of the team processes. Propose solutions and alternatives to the selected elements to improve and take ownership of delivering those initiatives;
  • Be a key resource in the IT compliance standards to ensure all work is done correctly by managing the audit tasks within the team;
  • Achieve mastery of at least one or more of the key systems supported by the team (SAP, Salesforce, Fiori). Be a key reference point on this system and provide guidance to the other team members;
  • Work on having a smooth handover with the Small/Medium teams. Assist to the knowledge transfers to evaluate the sustainability of the solution from a support perspective.




  • You hold a University degree in Business (IT) or computer science or an equivalent combination of a college diploma in computer science and experience;
  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP Support with 2 years in a similar position;
  • You have experience in SAP or Salesforce;
  • You have experience in the Manufacturing sector;
  • Your coaching and customer service skills are good;
  • You adapt easily to change and are able to work under pressure.
