Global Mobility Coordinator - Temporary 12 months

Part of the Global Mobility Manager’s team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities related to international mobility.

  • Coordinate activities related to posting, repatriating and supporting our expatriate employees (cost estimates, assignment letters, etc.);
  • Respond to requests from expatriates;
  • Coordinate relocation and immigration procedures, collaborating closely with service providers (relocating belongings, on-location services such as finding housing and schools, language and cultural training, international taxation, etc.);
  • Coordinate payment of supplier invoices;
  • Coordinate international payrolls & shadow payrolls;
  • Coordinate applications for work permits for business travellers;
  • All other related duties.



  • You hold a college or a bachelor's degree Business Administration in Human Resources, or in Finance/Accounting;
  • You have 2–4 years of experience;
  • You have experience and enjoy working for a company with international business activities;
  • You have experience in immigration;
  • You have experience in payroll (an asset);
  • You are fluently speaking and writing in French and English;
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of Visio an asset);
  • You have proven abilities in the quantitative dimension of analyzing, synthesizing and resolving problems;
  • You are a good listener in order to understand employee needs and concerns, and help to resolve them;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing;
  • You are excellent to manage complex situations involving multiple stakeholders with agility;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • You pay attention to detail;
  • You have patience and possess the ability to handle intercultural issues;
  • You have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
