Compensation and Benefits Senior Advisor

THE CHALLENGE

Part of the Compensation and Benefits Center of Expertise team, the Compensation and Benefits Senior Advisor will play a significant role in the Camso to Michelin Total Rewards integration project.

This is a temporary position (9 months, September 15, 2019 to June 19, 2020).

 

Total Rewards Integration (70%)

  • Participate to project management
  • Participate in organization and achievement of job level mapping process
  • Oversee total rewards program data collection
  • Train, provide support and participate, as required, to the development of country-by-country total rewards analysis and recommendations
  • Participate in the development and execution of country-by-country implementation and communication plans

 

HRIS Integration (10%)

  • Participate in the development of transition requirements
  • Test and validate configuration for compensation and related modules
  • Document testing methodology and results, identify risks

 

Support Compensation and Benefits Global Processes Business Continuity (20%)

  • Provide compensation advice to human resources community for promotions, transfers, etc.
  • Provide assistance for the annual salary review process for staff employees
  • Provide assistance to administer the company profit-sharing plan

 

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

  • You have a Bachelor degree in actuarial science, human resources management or other relevant discipline
  • You possess a minimum of 10 years in compensation and benefits design, implementation and communication
  • You have an experience in project management and HRIS implementation within a global organization
  • You are proficient with MS Office and especially with Excel
  • You possess an excellent level of spoken and written English and French
  • You possess strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are self-motivated, team player and able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • You are willing to travel outside the office if required 10-20% of the time
