Service Sales Representative

THE CHALLENGE

Under general supervision, provides industry leading sales strategies to build customer loyalty thereby meeting/exceeding sales targets while maintaining and growing the customer base within a defined sales territory. Continuously broaden product knowledge to leverage our brand with existing and new customers.

 

  • Maintain existing customer accounts and identify new customers to meet/exceed budgeted sales;
  • Follow up on active leads;
  • Develop working relationships with key staff members at all accounts;
  • Utilitze Salesforce to record calls, visits, and sales activities;
  • Collect up-to-date customer data to respond to management's requests;

 

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

 

  • You have 4 years of sales experience or experience in the material handling or tire industry;
  • You hold at least a high school diploma;
  • You have a strong technical understanding of our product line and the service we provide;
  • You provide excellent customer service skills;
  • You have strong problem-solving skills;
