Quality Engineer – Customer Satisfaction

THE CHALLENGE

Within the Track & Wheel facilities, the Quality Engineer – Customer Satisfaction guarantees product quality thru

 

  • Maintaining & Improving ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards.
  • Responsible for Customer Complaints & required Corrective Actions.
  • Coordinate Corrective Actions activities with multi-site & multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Updating Control Plan & SPC to support Customer requirements.
  • Completing MSA/Gage R&R to support Control Plan updates.
  • Tracking effectiveness to prove Corrective Action mitigations.
  • Statistical analysis & capability studies as required.
     

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

  • 4 year Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 2 years in ISO registered manufacturing environment
  • Experience in process & product validation
  • Ability to demonstrate strong skill in PFMEA & Control Plan
  • Strong skill set in Corrective Action methodology(s)
  • Strong team player with interpersonal & communication skills
  • Communicate issues & drive resolutions with multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience using electronic measurement devices (3D scan, vision system, etc..)
