THE CHALLENGE

 

Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions.

 

  • Maintain up to date employee information and employee files. (Electronic/Manual)
  • Support to human resource-related programmes and activities to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met. These programmes may include: recruitment; training and development; employee relations; benefits; performance evaluation; employee wellness; human resources administration; disciplinary management; human resource information systems; relevant support for HR related budgets.
  • Support with functional or operational area managers for the implementation & execution of business strategies. (TLBO etc.)
  • Involve for company employee communication.
  • Prepare Audit requirements both internal & external such as LRQA, NCP & CEA etc.
  •  Support for preparing HR related analytical reports.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

 

  • Specialized Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy ( Microsoft Packages).
  • Excellent  communication skills in both  English &  Sinhala.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage various work assignments in a fast paced environment.
