The Challenge


Strategic team player within Transformation & Change Management Global Team who will assume a key role to ensure the outcome of strategic business transformation projects including CCM that will initiate in the region (Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China & India) or part of global projects meets desired goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology, process and tools.
  • Define and deploy appropriate change management strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead change management activities required by project or initiatives.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan.
  • Conducting comprehensive change impact assessments.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Consult and coach project teams, functional managers, execution leaders.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Coordinate efforts with BPMs, Solution Architects, SMEs, Specialists etc.
  • Identify communication needs, support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Training need analysis, provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Evaluate and ensure readiness for change.
  • Follow Change Management reporting system to monitor, track changes and reporting status.


Candidate Profile

  • University Degree preferably in Engineering or Management
  • Minimum 7 years' of relevant work experience.
  • SAP Functional knowledge and skills will be an added advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
