You will be responsible for increasing sales by acquiring new customers and developing business at existing customers in a specific territory. Therefore you provide superior customer service to build customer loyalty.

  • Selling the entire Camso product range (industrial tyres, construction machinery tyres, rubber chain, wheels and services)
  • Achieve sales target and profitable growth
  • Analyze the territory/ market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
  • Maintain relationships and sales activities
  • Lead, manage and develop the country's aftermarket business in order to achieve high level of profitability and sales growth
  • Expand customer, product and commercial knowledge
  • Development of constructive Team Relationships
  • Processing and tracking of customer requests
  • Close cooperation with Camso field staff
  • Installation and support of field tests
  • Participation in trade fairs and other exciting events
  • Communication with all relevant internal and external interfaces, including reporting
  • Self-contained planning of customer visits



  • Completed commercial training with a technical focus, e.g. as an industrial clerk or technical background with a commercial supplement
  • At least five years experience in sales
  • Knowledge of industrial or technical environment
  • Excellent customer orientation, sales affinity and graduation strength
  • Knowledge of industrial and off-the-road market would be an asset
  • Very good presentation skills, communication strength, flexibility and resilience
  • Self-reliant working method and high self-motivation
  • Good English skills would be an asset
  • Valid driving licence class B (Traveling required up to 80%)
