Customer Service Representative Distribution EMEA (f/m/d)

The EDC department in Germany is an important part of the international distribution concept. From Duisburg deliveries from our European central warehouse in Duisburg as well as direct containers from our production sites in Asia have to be organized by the EDC CSR into our European sister companies and independent European dealers.

The EDC CSR is responsible for the high standard of service and customer satisfaction by matching the needs of the customers.



  • Contact for our European sister companies and dealers
  • Interface coordination function between our European sister companies / dealers, our

production companies in Asia and our internal local departments

  • Sales order and order management in SAP SD module
  • Control / monitoring of deliveries from the Duisburg warehouse and the direct containers from Asia
  • Handling of discrepancies and complaints



Education required

  • commercial training


Experience required (number of years, field, position, achievements…)

  •      Professional experience in the supply chain field, if possible in an international group


Other knowledge / technical requirements or professional information, languages, travel required

  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Nice to have: SAP SD module knowledge
  • Nice to have. Other European language
  • Travelling outside the office required 10% of the time
