Service Technician

THE CHALLENGE

  • Service customers as specified on orders and advise customers on company products and payment options;
  • Lead a material handling tire mobile unit with all necessary processes, operational ownership of a territory or area
  • Provide superior customer service to build lasting customer relationships

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Servicing customer product as specified on the customer order;
  • Perform quality field service to customers according to daily schedule – mainly tire mounting and dismounting on a press machine.
  • Working with the highest regard for personal safety and the safety of others;
  • Providing valued input and observations for customer service and business operational improvement;
  • Continuously expanding knowledge of products and services offered by Camso.
