THE CHALLENGE

 

 

  • To direct a team of Wholesale and Service Sales Representatives in meeting sales objectives while maintaining and growing customer base within a specific region of the US;
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our products, our service and professional sales tactics and strategies;
  • Provide superior customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships and grow business with key dealers and users within an assigned sales territory.
  • Monitor accountability and standard behaviors and expectations within an assigned regional sales team.
  • Consult with other sales managers to facilitate and develop continuing training strategies for the Aftermarket Wholesale and Service Sales Team.
  • Technical understanding of our product line and the service we provide

 

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED

 

  • You hold a Bachelors Degree;
  • You have sales management experience;
  • You preferably will have sales experience or experience in the material handling or tire industry;
  • You have proficiency in computer applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • You have strong organizational skills;
  • You are self-motivated and a strong team player;
