IT Solution Architecture Specialist - Sales Cycle

The IT Solution Architecture Specialist – Sales Cycle provides guidance and orientation on the design of non-standard solutions that exceeds the capability of the IT Advisor. You master the business process integration for Pre-Sales, Marketing, Market Intelligence and Service Fulfillment subprocesses throughout multiple systems, including but not limited to SAP, SAP PI, Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence.  You have a broad knowledge of the solutions supporting the business process to design solution that have a seamless information flow.  This role also promotes innovation and best ways to leverage IT solutions.


  • In collaboration with BPO organization, discuss impacts and opportunity with business stakeholders on key issues related to systems to contribute to the innovation pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the IT Advisor on non-standard requests and act as the expert of the solutions involved in the Sales Cycle process.
  • Develop high-level solutions design while ensuring the total cost of ownership is considered in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and IT teams.
  • Support the implementation teams, during the detailed design phase to ensure that business outcomes, value and target performance of the solution are achieved.
  • Revise and approve all KDS (Key Data Structure) and BPD (Business Process Document) changes, including technical and functional changes, to aligned on best practices, standards and target design.
  • Participate in root cause analysis in the Demand, Design or Delivery process and ensure their continuous improvement in collaboration with IT Advisor, BPO team and Delivery Teams.




  • You have 7-10 years of experience in major Application Software project implementation / Portfolio Management with experience on ERP and CRM.
  • You have an extended SFDC knowledge.
  • You have knowledge of Pre-Sales & Marketing tools in the industry required.
  • You have experience in the Pre-Sales, Marketing and Market Intelligence, Service Fulfillment subprocesses within sales cycle process.
  • You have integration knowledge of different IT Application systems including ERP/CRM.
  • You can translate business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities.
  • You have a proven experience in working in global and multicultural environment.
