Human Resources Manager

  • Ensure Corporate compliance and governance with employment practices;
  • Works with senior management to improve employee recruiting, development, motivation and retention;
  • Provide superior customer service to build internal customers.
  • Assists with developing, drafting, revising company handbook, policies & procedures, and related documents as needed;
  • Assists with continuous compensation program management and structure development;
  • Identify, recommend and implement employment practices to improve morale and minimize turnover;
  • Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees;
  • Participates in developing annual department goals, objectives, and systems.




  • You have 7-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist or HR BP role;
  • You have a Bachelors Degree in HR Management or Business Management;
  • You have knowledge of HR laws and practices;
  • You are fluent in MS Office;
  • You have the ability to influence leadership;
  • You have the abilitly to lead change;
  • You are detail oriented;
  • You are results oriented;
  • You show strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
