The Manager of Credit & Collections is responsible for leading the process of granting credit as well as oversight of the credit card posting, and collection of the company’s receivables.  This position will lead the team in continuous improvement efforts. This role partners with the business units’ financial and sales leaders to create metrics and procedures.


  • Interact with Leadership to ensure adequate attention is paid to open accounts;
  • Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy through documented process improvement;
  • Formulate and maintain the quarterly analysis of receivable reserves and allowance for doubtful accounts;
  • Develop operational metrics and forecasting accuracy metrics, minimize bad debts reserves, and follow credit controls and policies;
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through improved process, policies, and reporting as well as the oversight of performance vs. goals and metrics;
  • Develop collections processes and credit policies that improve the daily operations of the collections teams, ultimately resulting in lower bad debt; work with Collections to ensure implementation of processes;




  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant Credit & Collections leadership experience;
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of collection, credit, and cash application systems and workflows;
  • You have strong analytical & problem-solving skills;
  • You have strong leadership, team building, people management skills;
  • You always try to find a better way;
