THE CHALLENGE

  • To direct a team of Wholesale and Service Sales Representatives in meeting sales objectives while maintaining and growing customer base within a specific region of the US;
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our products, our service and professional sales tactics and strategies;
  • Provide superior customer service to build customer loyalty.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintain relationships and grow business with key dealers and users within an assigned sales territory.
  • Monitor accountability and standard behaviors and expectations within an assigned regional sales team.
  • Consult with other sales managers to facilitate and develop continuing training strategies for the Aftermarket Wholesale and Service Sales Team.
  • Technical understanding of our product line and the service we provide
