FINANCE

Committed to driving value in global strategic and operational plans, monitoring and influencing financial performance, optimizing capital, treasury and tax, providing relevant and meaningful reporting, meeting statutory obligations and continuously improving accounting and finance processes. The finance team is made up of 270 members around the world, all playing a crucial role in helping all Camso employees across functions, roles and locations to optimize resources and achieve success. They work closely with all internal stakeholders in business units, divisions and functions, to support business decisions and organizational growth.

MARKETING, BRAND AND COMMUNICATIONS

The marketing team works closely with the most innovative technical products in the Off-the-Road market and works hard to maintain an outstanding brand image with a robust branding strategy that runs global multi-channel campaigns. All this while ensuring a high quality experience, initiatives and impact, while nurturing client relationships with our products and brands. Driven by innovation and the belief that the best way to truly understand the performance of our products is to experience them firsthand. 

LEGAL

With more than 40 legal entities globally, the corporate affairs and legal team is committed to being a strong partner in corporate growth and development – providing essential advice and working alongside internal and external stakeholders worldwide. Constantly involved in critical and niche markets, they partner across the business to support decision-making and ensure compliance with any possible relevant standards, national and international law. They also take part in special projects such as mergers and acquisitions and play a key role for the corporation and the group's various subsidiaries worldwide.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Our Global HR team thrives on innovation, attraction, development and the retaining of outstanding talents around the world. Guardians and promoters of company culture, strategic partners for the leaders, and the voice of Camso's employees. The HR team support business growth and alignment through people and organizational development strategies enabling merger and acquisitions.
