Sales & Technical Support Manager

Job description


Manage sales development with a number of distributors to maximize the aftermarket growth potential in Southeast Asia countries (+) along with business development with OEMs and providing technical support for both aftermarket and OEMs.

Prospect and appoint distributors

Achieve aftermarket sales revenue and profitability quotas

Provide training and coaching to distributors and their salesman

Join the distributors and their salesman from time to time to visit their customers

Maintain thorough understanding of all end user markets and the main competitors

Create distributor incentive programs, and product promotion programs

Do follow-up visits with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services provided

Provide sales forecasts     

Develop and manage OEM accounts

Provide field and technical support to all distributors, their customers and all OEM accounts  

Other reasonable tasks assigned by superior.


Bachelor degree

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant position

Experience with Tire Company such as Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, etc., esp. In OTR sales is preferable

Experienced with sell-out approach

Acting as a coach/ sales leader:
Products and application knowledge

Define and implement prospection plan

Training and coach salesman

Capability of upsell/ promote LOCS

Business result orientation

Intermediate level of English language, both spoken and written

Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Skype


70% travel
