THE CHALLENGE

 Overall sales and technical support to identify new business opportunity and ensure continuous business growth in the region.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as techno-commercial expert for the customers in the region by bringing in the necessary product-application knowhow and recommending best solution to customers
  • Drive new product development for the region by assessing the market potential and also support development of commercial strategy and tactics
  • Support overall strategy to develop, grow and protect business with key accounts in the region
  • Handle OEM and aftermarket customer accounts in the region independently with complete accountability for the assigned account
  • Work closely with zone director on key OEM accounts for new business development
  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure that overall requirement of the customer is met in relation to order fulfillment, documentation, etc.
  • Liaise with global teams (Product management, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Marketing) to support the market needs
  • Support aftermarket partners to win new business through joint visits to end users
  • Formulate marketing strategy and tactics for the region
  • Lead various projects that drive the company towards the vision of off-the-road leadership          


Requirements

THE PROFILE TO SUCCED

  • You have  3-5 years of experience in sales and technical support area.
  • You have a preferred knowledge or interest in Tyre industry in India
