Reporting to the Service Business Development Director Central Europe, the Operational and Branch Manager will be the first point of contact for all operational and service related topics.

As Operational Manager will be responsible for surveillance and control of all applicable processes related to the OEA and other service related businesses, regular meetings and exchange of information with the OEA´s and others, identification, audit and approval of Service partners including training, surveillance and updating.

The hired candidate will be the contact person for SOS Service Techs in terms of service trucks, mobile presses, equipment, training, maintenance and health & safety.

As Branch Manager will support business leaders to define and implement the right organization to support the proper execution of the strategy and operational plans in compliance with local legislation, giving corporate guidance and direction, to ensure appropriate policies are developed to meet Company’s objectives. The hired candidate will be responsible to harmonize supporting function departments, Finance, Supply chain, Logistics, HR & H&S.


Lead and control the HQ with all necessary activities

  • Maintain business relationship with current and prospective OEA´s + EQDL
  • Monitor that all agreed SLA will be achieved and respected
  • Surveil and support the SOS Service Tech in terms of service trucks, mobile presses, equipment, training maintenance and health & safety
  • Set up, keep and record H&S standards and rules according to Austrian law and according to group policy

Strategic and Operational

  • Contribute to the operation service strategy that underpins the achievement of the operational plan.
  • Contribute to a three year strategic plan for Austria
  • Identify and implement operational plan
  • Manage service cost, OPEX, CAPEX for Camso Austria

Organization and Management

  • Support business leaders to define and implement the most suitable organization to achieve operational and strategic objectives in compliance with local legislation
  • Guardian of the overall service performance of the managed country 
  • Management of the CSR Team
  • Management of the Operations Team, Lead, develop and support the service technicians so that we give the best on-site Service to the customer on the market. Follow up on KPI and establish reporting

People Management

  • Cascade and deploy company’s policies
  • Point of contact for employees
  • Educate and train employees to increase safety awareness and reduce Health and Safety issues


  • Bachelor or Master degree (ideally in Engineering)
  • 5-8 years in service and operation 
  • English written and oral fluent 
  • Proficient with MS Office 
  • Travelling outside the office required 10% of the time 
  • Excellent customer service orientation 
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good technical knowledge of the products 
  • Good organizational skills to complete tasks on time and manage multiple priorities 
  • Self-motivated; takes initiative, works with a minimum of supervision. 
  • Team player
  • Valid Driving License
