EMEA Customer Service Representative / OEM (m/f)

Job description

The Challenge

You will manage on a daily basis for OEM customers located in the EMEA region the required operations in order to ensure an excellent standard of service. A high level of customer satisfaction has to be achieved and maintained by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the needs of the OEM customers and the ability of our Company to meet those needs.


Key tasks


  • Purchase Order Management
  • Sales Order Management
  • Customer Forecast Management
  • Inventory control
  • Inland Logistics Management
  • 1st Line Response to various customer inquiries and initiating redirection of the inquiry to the relevant Company Department.


We are looking to find ideally a person who has a solid commercial education and speaks German, English, French and Italian since the role is at European level. Background knowledge of the automotive industry will be a great asset, occasional traveling necessary.
